The 2014 Toyota Tundra has garnish problems and I'm not talking about parsley. Toyota says the garnish on the center pillars wasn't installed properly and may affect how the side-curtain airbag deploys. Here's what you need to know:

  • To fix the issue, Toyota is issuing a recall but only on the 2014 Toyota Tundra CrewMax Cab and Double Cab trucks sold in the U.S.A.
  • Dealers will inspect the center pillar garnishes and replace them with new ones, if necessary.
  • There's no word on when the recall will begin, but concerned owners can contact Toyota at 1-800-331-4331.
